故事讲述马刚正（欧锦棠 饰）年轻时学习空手道，而且得到师父赏识，但亦因此引起同门师兄武田国全（张建声 饰）的嫉妒。随着师父去世，刚正亦被师兄逐出师门，心灰意冷的刚正从此与空手道绝缘。而在某天，一位新移民女学生小玥（叶丽娜 饰）在街上被欺凌，恰巧刚正以及正备战东京奥运的空手道选手庄惠（谈善言 饰）路过，两人毅然出手阻止却双双被拉上警署，被拉伕上马的小混混志浩（江𤒹生 饰）被卷入其中，岂料一众闹上警局而刚正亦因此重遇廿年无见、任职社工的师妹莫可丽（文颂娴 饰）。刚正与庄惠在警司警诫下，被逼当上了更新计划导师，为一班小混混教授空手道…
